1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schematics.club (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Schematics.club is a free online tool that converts 3D model files (GLB, GLTF) into Minecraft-compatible schematic files (.schem). The Service provides:

Browser-based 3D model voxelization
Schematic file export for use with WorldEdit, Litematica, and similar tools
User accounts for saving and sharing schematics
A public gallery of community-shared schematics

3. User Accounts

To save and share schematics, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. Each person may create only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Account limits: Each user may store up to 10 models total, of which up to 3 may be private. These limits may be changed at our discretion.

4. User-Generated Content & Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and convert any 3D model you use with the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Models you created yourself
Models licensed to you for this type of use
Models in the public domain or under permissive open-source licenses

You must not upload models that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted characters, trademarked designs, or proprietary assets, unless you have explicit permission from the rights holder.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of the content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your schematics or uploaded files.

Public sharing license: By choosing to make a schematic public, you grant Schematics.club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your schematic and its thumbnail in the public gallery. Other users may view and download your public schematics for personal use. This license ends when you delete the schematic or make it private.

DMCA / Copyright claims: If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at copyright@schematics.club with details of the allegedly infringing material. We will review and act on valid claims promptly.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or share content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, threatening, or defamatory
Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's infrastructure
Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior authorization
Impersonate other users or entities

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes content that violates these Terms, is reported by other users, or that we determine to be inappropriate for the Service.

Public schematics are auto-published to the gallery. Our administrators may remove content at any time if it is found to violate these Terms.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your saved models and associated data may be deleted. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Schematic files generated by the Service are provided for personal and creative use. We make no guarantees about compatibility with specific Minecraft versions, mods, or server software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schematics.club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether direct or indirect, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Minecraft Trademark

Schematics.club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or the Minecraft brand. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related content referenced on this site belongs to their respective owners.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
